PARENTS: IF YOU WANT TO SIT DURING THE SHOW, ARRIVE AT 6:00 OR 6:30 PM TO SAVE YOUR SEAT.
TRANSIT USERS: THERE IS A FREE SHUTTLE BUS FROM RIVER ROCK CANADA LINE STATION TO THE “SUMMER” NIGHT MARKET.
TEENS: IF ITS LATE AT NIGHT AND YOU ARE TAKING TRANSIT GOING HOME AND THE LINE UP FOR THE BUS IS LONG, WALK OR BUS A FEW BUS STOPS THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION YOU ARE HEADING AND GET ON THE BUS FURTHER AWAY FROM THE MARKET. THAT WAY, WHEN YOUR BUS GETS TO THE BUS STOP CLOSEST TO THE MARKET, YOU ARE ALREADY SEATED ON THE BUS! LAST YEAR, TRANSIT USERS COULD NOT BOARD THE BUS BECAUSE IT WAS FULL AND THE LINEUPS WERE LONGGGGG. SOME PEOPLE MISSED THE BUS ALTOGETHER BECAUSE THE LAST BUS WAS FULL. THEIR PARENTS WERE NOT PLEASED.
ARRIVE IN COSTUME, HAIR AND MAKE UP DONE. THERE’S A TINY TENT TO CHANGE IN BUT ITS NOT PRIVATE.
it is encouraged to arrive early AT 6:30 pm to find parking, eat, look around and relaX.
if youR PERFORMANCE TIME IS 7:30 pm, arrive at 6:30 pm. THE MARKET DOES NOT OFFICIALLY OPEN TILL 7 PM BUT IF ANYONE TELLS YOU THAT YOU CAN’T ENTER, TELL THEM YOU ARE PART OF THE ENTERTAINMENT.
if your performance time is 8 pm or later, Arrive 90 minutes before your performance time.

there will be a shared tent for dancers who have costume changes. do not leave personal belongings in the tent– there is no security.
